Jordi is the Head of Growth at Satlantis, a Bitcoin-native events app built on Nostr. A former airline pilot turned entrepreneur, he helps Bitcoin communities all over the world become sovereign by educating them on how to keep their identity, audience and data under their control.

In Barcelona, he co-organizes Barcelona Bitcoin Only (BBO) and Barcelona Bitcoin Hub (BBH), Spain’s most active Bitcoin community with over 1,000 active members. After years as a pilot and then startup founder, he “escaped the matrix” by embracing Bitcoin’s and now he helps others do the same.

Today he focuses on moving local groups and global conferences onto Nostr so discovery is interoperable, RSVPs are portable, and communities can’t be deplatformed.
