2. Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
We do not allow cancellations, refunds, or ticket retirement under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal plans, health conditions, travel issues, or scheduling conflicts. Please make sure you are committed before purchasing.

Tickets, however, may be transferred to another person by contacting the event organizers at least 7 days before the event start date.

3. Event Changes

While we strive to deliver the event as described, the organizer reserves the right to make changes to the speaker lineup, schedule, location, or content due to unforeseen circumstances. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refund.

4. Photography and Media

By attending this event, you consent to being photographed and recorded for promotional purposes. These materials may be used across digital and print channels by the event organizers and partners.

5. Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.

6. Liability Waiver

By attending, you assume all risks associated with participation in the event, including but not limited to travel risks, personal injury, exposure to illness, or property loss. The organizer is not liable for any damages or losses incurred before, during, or after the event.
